The Aviation Connection
The Aviation Connection Can Help You Buy Or Sell A BC Property!
John first climbed into an aircraft in 1971 and has had a long and successful Flying career ever since. Along the way, while owning a number of aircraft, he earned the Presidents Award of the Canadian Owners and Pilots association and also became the Chairman of the 1000 member Century Flight Club of Canada. This aviation exposure allows John an incredible network of pilots who are business and professional people from Coast to Coast. So if you have a property that appeals to a pilot or if you are a pilot yourself looking for a BC investment then please contact John.
Aircraft, It's what seperates our Real Estate business from the others
British Columbia is a huge province and it can take days to get from one part to the other by road. Also many areas of the coast and northern sections have no roads at all. John Lovelace has been a pilot for 30 years and he is licensed to fly either float equipped bushairplanes or twin engine executive airplane. We own and operate a 7 seater executive twin engine Navajo to get us around the province to list and sell properties. This means we can service our clients anywhere in the province quickly and efficiently.
The Navajo was selected for its legendary short field and gravel strips performance so we routinely use the smaller airports that the airlines don't service. It’s also very fast, with speeds of over 200 miles an hour. The Navajo is also equipped with state of the art systems. This includes collision avoidance system, weather radar, terrain avoidance and moving map display and GPS tracking system that makes our operations safe.
The Navajo is also equipped with an external camera mount so that we can get pictures and video of our properties. In fact many of the scenes on Canadian RealEstate TV were captured from the Navajo. Aviation... another reason that when you are considering listing a property, or if you are looking for a property anywhere in BC to purchase, you should give us call today.
